HomeStats transforms public datasets into dashboards, scoring, and stress signals. Source data is owned by the original publishers (Redfin, FRED / St. Louis Fed, FHFA, U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, IRS SOI, HUD, BEA). Original analysis, scoring methodology, page text, code, and visual design are owned by HomeStats / J.A. Watte and protected by copyright. You may view, share links to, and quote our content with attribution. Re-hosting, mirroring, automated scraping beyond permitted allow-lists, and re-packaging without written permission are prohibited. See our Fair Use & Attribution page for citation guidance.
4. Third-party links
The site links to third-party publishers and government data portals. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability.
5. Disclaimer of warranties

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeStats and J.A. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
